At Workhorse, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and what to do in case of delays or issues.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- All products undergo a quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Australia-wide)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Metro areas only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
We use reputable couriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, and other logistics partners.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $300 (if applicable).
- Express delivery may incur additional fees.
5. International Shipping
- Workhorse currently does not ship internationally.
- For bulk or business orders outside Australia, please contact us at sales@workhorse.com.au
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website or our tracking portal (if available).
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier network disruptions

Lost or Missing Packages
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or building reception.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Workhorse is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
9. Signature on Delivery & Safe Drop
- Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If you’re unavailable, a delivery attempt card may be left, and the parcel will be available for collection.
- If you choose "Authority to Leave" (Safe Drop), Workhorse is not liable for stolen or missing packages.
10. Click & Collect (If Applicable)
- Workhorse may offer Click & Collect from our warehouse or retail location.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
